I was really happy with the service and that I got an upgrade to a suite. The staff was very friendly. The interior and location is a little dated but great for the price. Would recommend.

I had a nice one-night stay here at the end of May 2025. The staff was incredibly friendly and they were able to find a room for me at a reasonable rate despite me showing up at 9pm with no reservation. The room I stayed in was not one of the recently renovated ones, so it was a bit older and had a faint cigarette smell, but it was perfectly serviceable especially for such a last-minute booking. Overall it was the kindness of the staff that really made this place stand out and made me feel good about supporting their business.
We had a lovely stay at the hotel, although they are in the middle of renovations at the moment, it didn’t affect us in any way and we can’t fault the service, the receptionist was so friendly and helpful, she definitely made our stay perfect.
Don't be fooled – the hotel may look unassuming from the outside, but the rooms have been renovated, the staff are extremely friendly and attentive, and there are new mattresses and pillows, making for a very comfortable sleep. The hotel wins you over with its warmth and hospitality.
After a day cycling it was nice to find an inexpensive place to stay for the night. I wasn't expecting much for the price but was pleasantly surprised how much nicer it is than the price may suggest. The very friendly and helpful staff even upgraded my room when she saw I had a bike with me.
The hotel staff were super kind, and extremely accommodating. I had a late night and had to do a late checkout, and the lady at the front desk made sure that I had slept enough and was comfortable before driving home.
Best staff in Vancouver. They were renovating so it was very cheap. The front desk staff is probably the nicest person you will ever meet in Vancouver. I had a bit of misunderstanding and was rude to the manager, because I was defensive and traumatized from the worst discriminating staff from the previous hotel "Different franchise". When I apologize to the manager, he sincerely accepted the apology and fixed the AC for me. There are some things not working now, but the price is so worth it and I'm sure they will fix everything soon before they get more guests in summer. This is just a random suggestion but it would be so cool to see this hotel decorated with different kinds of art styles because the hotel is called Art Infinity Hotel.
